ART RETURNS
Thank you for your for support and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return original artwork within seven days for a refund minus shipping costs or you can choose a different piece. Painting must be packaged in the same way it was delivered and in the original shipping container. Painting(s), include tracking, must be in the same condition as received, not damaged or altered, along with the accompanying paperwork. If the artwork is damaged, no refund will be paid, unless it was damaged during delivery. Include photos and video. A refund will be issued with seven business days after safe arrival.
Commissioned work is non refundable.
The company is not responsible for slight variations in size, color, or texture or for differences in appearance due to different monitors, browsers, or graphic cards.
Clothing and Jeans Returns
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within seven days.
To make a return: Items must be unused and unworn. Items must be in original packaging with all tags and paperwork. Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear. Include receipt. Please note, we cannot except returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
To return a product with receipt and send the product back to the addressee, from USPS, with tracking. Customers are responsible for shipping. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned items.
